8 High Protein Snacks for Girls On The Go

I might be crazy but I believe that you can be busy and still fuel your results.

During my day, I’m usually going from back to back clients to teaching classes.

After a few hours of work, my hunger pains start to set in.

I usually only have a few minutes to get food into my body before I’m back out on the fitness floor.

Without these quick snacks, I’d be focusing on my next meal instead of my client or group.

I always have one of these snacks in my car or backpack in case I’m starving at work.

My expectation for these style of snacks is that they have enough protein to leave me satiated and that they do not take a lot of time to eat.

While I do recommend choosing the least processed versions of foods possible, these are my options when you are in a rush.

And I’m assuming all of us aren’t a getting private chef to prepare fresh snacks for us any time soon ;)

Add these snacks into your purse, center console or work bag to always keep effective and healthy foods in your diet.
