Spring Progress Challenge

How does the challenge work?

Over the ten weeks, we will provide health and fitness challenges to help you stay motivated to see improvements in your health and fitness

We will assess these improvements by having you choose from three different assessment categories:
physique, performance and overall health

During the first week of the challenge, you will create your baseline assessments.

The
final week of the challenge will consist of a retest of these metrics or an overall evaluation.

The virtual coaching, webinars and support provided in the Progress Accountability Community will encourage your success and improvement during the program.
We will also have prizes and discounts on additional coaching sessions that are only available to participants of the program.

What are the assessments?

Baseline Assessment Week:
Monday, February 17th - Sunday, February 23rd 

Improvement Assessment Week:
Monday, April 28th - Sunday, May 4th

Three options for assessment:

Physique - waist and hip measurement, body fat %, picture

Performance - 8-10 exercises to test strength, coordination and endurance (the specific exercises will be reviewed with participants)

Overall Health - Journal entries, activity and sleep logs

Performance tests will occur on Saturday 2/22 and Saturday 5/3 but you are welcome to do the test on your own using our Open Studio Access.
More information about assessments will be given to participants

What is the investment?

Early Bird Discount: $45
in effect for the first 10 participants or until Sunday, February 2nd (whichever occurs first)!
